l. HOW TO ENTER. Complete the official entry form at participating sponsor locations, at our website, "abc.com" on a 3" X 5" plain piece of paper print your name, address, the call letters of your local ABC station, and the correct answers to all three questions. Mail in an envelope in which you have written the call letters of your local ABC station in the lower left-hand corner to: The Shining Scream Vacation Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 8467, Westport, CT 06888. One entry only per envelope allowed. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. To receive an official entry form and a copy of the questions, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: The Scream Vacation Sweepstakes-Entry Request, c/o Dryden And Petisi, 1599 Post Road East, Westport, CT 06880. Official entry forms and 3" X 5" mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 31, 1997. All requests for entry forms must be postmarked by May 31, 1997, received by June 4, 1997 and received back postmarked by June 14, 1997.

2. HOW WINNERS WILL BE CHOSEN. On or about June 15, 1997, a random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries under the supervision of Dryden And Petisi Promotion LCC, an independent judging organization. Eligible entries are those with all three correct answers to the questions above.

3. PRIZES. (30) National: Ten (10) grand prize winners will win a trip for two to the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, CO. Trip includes round-trip coach airfare from the airport nearest winner's home, (2) nights' accommodations (double occupancy), transfers, and meals. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Trip must be taken between October 17 and October 19. Grand prize winners will be notified by mail and will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, which must be returned within 14 days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. (TN residents are exempt from executing Publicity Releases). Travel companion must execute Affidavit of Liability/Publicity Release. The approximate retail value of each trip is $3,000 (but will vary depending on winner's airport of origin). Twenty (20) first prize winners will each win 100 silver dollars. First prize winners will be notified by mail. Value per prize: $100. Total approximate retail value of national prizes: $32,000. Local: Up to 100 Local affiliates may participate. Two (2) first prize winners from each participating ABC station's local market area will each win an "Overlook Hotel" terrycloth bathrobe (one size fits all). Retail value: $100. Eighteen (18) second prize winners will each win a "redrum" T-shirt, size XL. Retail value: $10.50. Retail value of local prizes: $38,900. Local winners will be notified by mail.

4. DETAILS. Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents and Guam residents, 18 years of age or older, except employees of the American Broadcasting Company, Inc., its affiliates and their immediate families, as well as employees and their immediate families of any co-sponsoring companies. The exclusion of any co-sponsoring employees applies only to employees who work at a location where the local co-sponsor is directly affiliated. Void where prohibited by law. No cash substitutions for prizes. Sponsor is not liable for lost, late or misdirected mail. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
