Part of Schering-Plough's Educational Assistance Program, the Ph.D. Assistance Program provides a paid leave and job protection during the Ph.D. residency period for eligible top research employees who demonstrate that their dissertation topic is related to SPRI's research goals.

Business Sabbatical Program

Also supplementing the Company's Educational Assistance Program, the Business Sabbatical Program offers eligible employees time away from their normal work environment to pursue a significant research project.
