Geoff Littlehale Appointed Managing Director of Ruder Finn Washington Washington, D.C., June 19, 1997 -- Geoffrey Littlehale has been named Executive Vice President of Ruder Finn and Managing Director of the firm's Washington office replacing E. Bruce Harrison. Harrison, who has served as chief executive of Ruder Finn/Washington since the merger of his firm into Ruder Finn in 1996 has accepted a position as Executive Director of the Arthur Page Society. Additionally, the company announced that Craig Martin, who has been EVP of the E. Bruce Harrison division of Ruder Finn, has been appointed Deputy Managing Director reporting to Littlehale. Littlehale will report to Richard Funess, managing director, Ruder Finn/Americas. Littlehale has an exceptional record of success in Washington over the past eighteen years in both government relations and public affairs. He joins the firm from Capitoline/MS&L, where he was Senior Principal. He also spent four years as head of the Washington office of Glaxo, Inc., and five years as head of government affairs for the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association. Peter Finn, Chairman of the Ruder Finn Executive Committee commented, "Bruce Harrison has played a critical role in integrating his operation into Ruder Finn. Discussing his move to Arthur Page Society, Harrison said, "I have been discussing with Ruder Finn management for some time my interest in making a career change and at this stage in my life I have opted to go this route.
